Members are welcome to bring their harvest basket or pick one up when checking in.
In the harvest basket, there are clippers and a garden map. If you need help or a ride, just let us know.
What can you harvest and how much?
Each membership comes with 100 points towards everything we grow throughout our gardens. One point is worth 1 pound of anything, except items marked with point numbers.
Members can harvest up to two baskets (20 pounds) a day. Some items will have a monthly harvest limit. This will enable everyone to try all we have. Come to the Garden Provisions Store to inquire which items have harvest limits.
When you're done harvesting, bring your harvest baskets back to the Garden Provisions Store to have your harvest weighed and points deducted from your members card.
Why we have limits for the Unlimited Harvesting.
The limits are to enable everyone to share in the harvest. If the current weight amounts per members turns out not to be enough for the average member, we will add more points to the memberships. We are simply trying to make it fair for all members.
Some items we will have an amazing amount of, such as tomatoes. We will have a list of the extra items and of those items we will up the amounts each member can take. But some items, such as blueberries, we will have a limited amount and we will want everyone to get some. Those items will have limits.
This is our first year of fully planting out the farm. We are learning about what amounts of each item to plant. If our members want more of one type of item, next year we will plant more. We want to provide what you want. Just let us know.
Memberships are meant to provide food for the individuals, couples, and families members. They are not for people looking to make products or companies looking for cheap wholesale pricing on produce.
Each month we will email our members informing everyone what gatherings are coming up. On each listing there will be a reservation button. If you would like to attend, please sign up quickly. There will be limited amount of tickets.
How many people can come to a gathering?
Noci gatherings are not big, loud or crowded. We make them intimate on purpose. It is your farm, you should be able to enjoy it. Each gathering is 20 or so people. We will post each event on the gatherings section of the site. You must reserve a spot in advance of each gathering.
All Noci gatherings/workshops are free and are included in the price of your membership fee.
If you would like to reserve a garden for a special event (you must be a member to do so) please send us an email to inquire.
